Returns & Exchanges

All sales on Dionne Rêve are final. Most of our pieces are handmade to order, using artisanal methods that do not allow for returns or exchanges once production has started.


Please note that **custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces with gemstones are not eligible for returns or exchanges**, including cases where the client selected the incorrect model, size, or variation.

Defective Items

 

If you believe that you received a damaged or defective item, we require that you email customerservice@dionnereve.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including in the email the following information: name, order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

 

We reserve the right to evaluate each case and deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.  

Please note that changes of mind or ordering errors (such as selecting the wrong model or size) do not qualify as defects.

Each Dionne Rêve piece is handcrafted and made to order. While we aim to ensure each piece meets a high standard of quality, slight variations in form, size, texture, or finish are expected and reflect the artisanal nature of our process.Please ensure all customizations, sizing, and model selections are correct before checkout — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.


Wear and Tear Damage

 

Dionne Rêve pieces are made with delicate materials and artisanal processes, and should be handled with care and responsibility. Damage caused by normal wear, accidental drops, impact, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, or any other form of misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.


In these cases, repairs or replacements are not covered by the brand and will require an additional cost, which will be quoted based on the type of damage and the availability of materials.


If your piece has suffered any damage and you would like to request a repair, please email us with photos of the current condition. We’ll be happy to assess whether it can be repaired or replaced.
