All sales on Dionne Rêve are final. Most pieces are handmade to order, please consider this as you finalize your purchase. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please contact us at customerservice@dionnereve.com.  We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.
 

Defective Items

 

If you believe that you received a damaged or defective item, we require that you email customerservice@dionnereve.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including in the email the following information: name, order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
