Our warranty policy covers all defects in materials or workmanship for 6 months. When you purchase one of our jewelry pieces, it will include a care guide card which you must follow to avoid damaging your jewel. Damage due to neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear will be repaired at cost and charged to the customer. Careful evaluation of the damaged jewelry piece will be held to determine the warranty validity. Pricing for repairs will depend on the nature of the damage and will begin at $700 mxn pesos and is subject to a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Please note that all shipping costs and logistics will be the customer's responsibility.
