Warranty & Repairs

 

Each Dionne Rêve piece is crafted with care and high-quality materials. We stand by the integrity of our work and offer limited warranty coverage for manufacturing defects. However, due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our jewelry, we do not provide coverage for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Breakage caused by drops, pressure, or impact
• Chains that snap due to pulling or excessive force
• Oxidation or fading of gold plating caused by exposure to water, perfumes, creams, or chemicals

Gold-vermeil pieces are especially sensitive and require proper care. We recommend removing them before washing hands, showering, applying lotions, or sleeping to preserve the finish.

Please note that fading of gold vermeil plating is a completely natural process. While we use high-quality vermeil and carefully apply it, it is expected that the gold layer may gradually wear off over time — this is inherent to the nature of this material and not considered a defect.

That said, we are fully able to re-plate your piece and restore its finish if it qualifies for re-plating. Repairs or re-plating services are available only through our workshop in Mexico City and are subject to case-by-case evaluation and fees.
