Shipping

All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. All domestic and international orders come with insurance included and are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Dionne Rêve is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

 

Duties & Taxes

 

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or other fees upon receipt of the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Order Process

 

Please note that certain pieces are made to order, which are shipped within approximately 5-7 business days of purchase.  In stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. While we aim to ship your order as soon as possible, the actual time to ship your purchase may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. Pick-up

 

Pick-up option is available during checkout. Collect your order at our Mexico City studio located in Roma Norte. Due to the handmade nature of our items, orders are usually ready in 5-7 business days. We'll send you an email offering you the available date/time of your pickup.
