Le Coquillage Signet Ring - 18K Gold Vermeil

The origin of signet rings goes back as long as 3500 B.C. Originally, they were embossed with a family crest to stamp or sign important documents into hot wax. These pieces were so personal to each individual that they could be considered fingerprints. Our signet ring collection is a modern reinterpretation of this classic heirloom. 
 
Le Coquillage Signet Ring features a seashell spiral shape, which embodies resilience and strength. Designed to be worn on the pinky but could also be worn on your finger of choice. This petit piece was completely hand carved out of wax and then casted in silver using the lost-wax process in our Mexico City atelier.
